HOW WE WORK
A clear process from drawing to delivery
Know what to share, what will be reviewed and when the project moves to the next stage.

Five project stages
01 · Review
Share drawings, intended material, application and production requirements.
Provide the current drawing, material and production requirements. Review the proposed tooling scope and quotation.
02 · Design
Review the tooling approach and confirm the design before manufacture.
Review the mold layout and the agreed engineering documents. Confirm changes before manufacture proceeds.
03 · Manufacture
Machine and assemble the mold components.
Machining and assembly turn the design into a complete tool. Resolve any required design changes through the agreed review process.
04 · Trial & check
Review mold operation and samples; agree any required adjustments.
Review samples, mold operation and the agreed checks. Record required corrections and confirm the next trial or approval step.
05 · Deliver & support
Confirm the delivery requirements and applicable support arrangements.
Agree packaging, delivery requirements, documentation and any on-site support. The project includes a two-year mold warranty under the applicable terms.
Indicative timing
Simple molds may require 20–30 days. Complex molds, such as multi-cavity or high-precision tools, may require 55–90 days. Confirm the schedule against the project scope and design review.
