1. Initial Consultation and Design Requirements
The process begins with a detailed consultation with the client to understand their specific needs. This involves discussing the design, functionality, and material requirements of the part to be molded. Our engineering team works closely with the client to gather all necessary details.

2. Prototype and Sample Testing

5. Mold Manufacturing
The manufacturing of the mold begins, where our skilled technicians use CNC machining and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) processes to precisely craft the mold components. We use high-quality mold steels to ensure durability and longevity.
Assembly: Assembling all parts of the mold, including the cavity, core, ejector system, and cooling system.
CNC Machining: Precision machining of mold components.

6. Mold Inspecition & Optimization
If any issues are identified during the prototype testing, we make the necessary adjustments to the mold design. This step ensures that the mold produces high-quality parts and is fully optimized for mass production.

7. Mold Production and Mass Production
After the mold has been tested and approved, it is ready for mass production. The mold is used to produce the required parts in large quantities. Our team closely monitors the production process to ensure the parts meet the desired quality standards.
