A clear process from drawing to delivery
Know what to share, what the team will review and when the project moves to the next stage.
Five project stages
| 1. Review | You share drawings, material, application and quantity. We review the requirements and proposed tooling scope. |

| 2. Design confirmation | Review the mold layout and agreed engineering documents. Confirm the design baseline and any changes before manufacture. |
| 3. Manufacture & assembly | Machine and assemble the mold. Resolve required design changes through the agreed review process. |
| 4. Trial & checks | Review mold operation and samples against the agreed requirements. Record corrections and confirm the next trial or approval step. |
| 5. Delivery & support | Agree packing, delivery, accompanying documents and the applicable support arrangements. |
Timing and after-delivery support
Indicative mold lead times
Simple molds may require 20–30 days. Complex molds, including multi-cavity or high-precision tools, may require 55–90 days. Confirm the schedule against the agreed scope.
Two-year mold warranty
Confirm the applicable warranty scope and terms for the project.
Overseas on-site support
Overseas on-site support is available. Agree the location, scope and arrangements for the project.
Prepare for the first review
Send current 3D data and any 2D requirements, resin grade, expected quantities, critical dimensions, appearance requirements and intended molding-machine information where applicable.
